Man, are they impressive in person.

Absolutely stunning. Reminds me of the first time I saw an R8 back when they first came out.

I believe it. I've never seen an i8, but I remember being blown away by how much better an i3 looks in person. I can only imagine than in i8 is many times that.

They are really fucking cool. I think the reason they’re so much better in person is there’s just no way to appreciate how deep the channels are and how the sculpting of the body is unlike anything else. It sounds tacky, but it’s true. It’s feels like the total opposite of body-on-frame that we’ve seen forever, like they weren’t even built for the same purpose.

I saw one before parked at night with the doors open (tempting right? XD ) and the whole interior was lit up like a spaceship - it was so cool.

And yeah even from the outside it looks awesome. It’s a little weird, but like the intentional, quirky weird - in a good way, like a dare to be different way.

Yeah, they look way ahead of their time. Like, this is what cars might look like 20 years from now or something.

Thanks for asking, Yeah it’s been a bad couple of weeks, I’ve got my moms death certificate and it made her death more real to me and I've been grieving her and the family I wish I could have had instead of the one I got and I have a sinus infection that's making me feel like I'm going to pass out and I'm working on a financial aid override which might make it possible to move out but I'm really struggling right now.

You’ve made it this far, you’ll get through it.

Just think about how amazing it actually is to be alive on this mote of dust, suspended in a sunbeam. How many random chances lined up perfectly for any of us to have existed in this time and place in the world.

We only get so much time to experience life. And when bad things happen, but you’ll become stronger in the future as a result.

Sorry that this is basically a random string of thoughts.
